SiliaPrep Triethylamine (WAX-2) is a weak anion exchanger that can be used in replacement of SAX and SAX-2 for strong anions to avoid irreversible retention. This phase presents a slightly lower capacity and a moderate non polar character due to the alkyl chain on the amino function. Moreover, it can be employed as metal scavenger and in normal phase conditions.
